The health and safety of our employees and the general public is of the utmost importance to the Medina County Clerk of Courts. Beginning at the end of business, on March 18, 2020, all Medina County Title Office Locations will be closed to the general public until further notice.
All Medina County Title Offices will continue to conduct business during normal office hours. The general public should call 877-722-0016 to speak with a deputy clerk on how to conduct title business through the mail.
At this time, Dealers will be able to continue business as usual with all Medina County Title Offices. Dealers will be able to drop off their paperwork at any of the three locations and can pick up their completed paperwork on the following business day.
Until further notice, the Clerk of Courts Title and Legal Divisions will not be accepting passport applications. For information on how to obtain a passport at this time or any other passport related questions, please visit travel.state.gov.

The Medina County Clerk of Courts will continue to monitor the pandemic situation and will update this new policy as necessary. Therefore, business hours, locations, and services will be subject to change until further notice.
