Passport Fees for Medina County Residents
Our website provides basic forms and information on how to apply for a passport in Medina County. Passport Office Fees
There are two fee options for passports, both are listed below. When obtaining your passport, you may choose the fee schedule that best meets your needs.
$110 Passport Fee
Age 16 and over (passport valid for 10 years from the date of issue)
$80 Passport Fee
Age 15 and under (passport valid for 5 years from the date of issue)
Accepted payment methods are check or money order ONLY. Passports cannot be paid for in cash. Please make checks payable to the “U.S. Department of State”.
Clerk of Courts Fee
In addition to Passport Fees, all applicants must pay a Clerk of Courts fee with each passport application
$35 Fee for Each Applicant
This fee is paid regardless of the applicant’s age. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, money order, Visa, and Mastercard. Credit cards are accepted at all branch locations. If paying by check, please make payable to David B. Wadsworth, Clerk of Courts.
