Important: Case Number Entry for Online Payments

• Omit the leading “20” from the case number. This applies to both 10 and 11 digit case numbers.
• Example: Enter 20CIV0000 instead of 2020CIV0000.
  
• The “20” is part of the four-digit filing year, currently our payment system only accepts a limited number of characters, so the century portion must be omitted.
• All dashes or hyphens should be omitted, except in Appellate cases. These always end in -M, which must be included exactly as shown.
• Cases filed before the year 2000 do not include the “19” and can be entered as-is.
